We take great care packaging every item to ensure its safe delivery to you. Our delivery fee’s (when applicable) help to cover our courier charge, costs of materials and labour to pack your item. Once cleared payment received your order will be processed. We will endeavour to despatch most items on the same day – if payment received before 2pm.
TV Deliveries to N.Ireland (BT), IOW, IOM (IM) and Scottish Postcodes – AB, IV, KA, PA, PH, KW, HS, ZE are subject to higher delivery charges and it may not be possible to deliver larger items to these postcodes.
Your courier & tracking number will be updated within your purchase record once despatched and you should receive an email or text message notification once your item has been despatched.
We pride ourselves on our speedy despatch service using APC Overnight, Palletline, DHL Deutsche Post and the Royal Mail. Sorry we can’t guarantee delivery times and can’t provide compensation for late deliveries beyond our control.
