All TV’s listed have a 12 month back-to-base warranty for repair or replacement, unless stated differently in the listing.
Genuinely faulty or damaged goods on delivery will be replaced or your payment refunded.
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us via email / phone immediately.
If you do have to return a faulty item, it must be sent back in its original packing together with all the accessories i.e. cables, remotes, and manuals.
Items should be returned to us by insured post or courier. We can arrange courier collections if within 60 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover improper use or screen burn on OLED, or LED screens.
