All of our refurbished products are fully inspected and quality tested before despatch. Most items are despatched in the original box – occasionally for improved protection a new plain box and packaging will be used when despatched. Occasionally a replacement remote control may be supplied instead of the original.
We ensure that all LED / OLED TV’s sold contain no marks or scratches on the screen (unless specifically mentioned within item description). Some LED, OLED?s may have minor cosmetic scratches on the casing, but they do not inhibit the functionality of the unit.
